So can I be honest? I always thought that knitting, quilting, crocheting and all of that needle work was just something that retired grandparents did. I never looked at it as a form of art, but I have since been enlightened. Knitting and crocheting are truly a form of art, that takes a lot of skill and talent. So I applaud anyone who enjoys and has perfected this craft.

In fact this Saturday, the Charlotte Knights minor league baseball team is bringing together baseball and needle arts. Stitch N’ Pitch is an event where you can come out and knit, crochet,needlepoint and any other form of needle art; all while watching the baseball game. Never would I have ever thought the baseball and knitting could combine, but here you have.
